First, the status quo of their education returns is extremely frail. Second, by using Mincer income model to substantially analyze education returns of Bai Ku Yao ethic and using software SPSS to scientifically analyze the surveying statistics, five effective factors influencing Bai Ku Yao ethnic's education returns. Finally, with quantitative and qualitative analysis and surveying material, the education returns of Bai Ku Yao ethic is analyzed by educational, economic, and principle factors plus national culture & psychology, and then countermeasure is put forward to promote education returns.Education is the base of economic development, and economic development also promotes education. Therefore, in order to raise the education returns of Bai Ku Yao ethnic. On the one hand, the government should give energetic investment to compulsory education and secondary vocational education, to develop education and improve income structure. On the other hand, the government should promote extensive economy in Bai Ku Yao ethnic to turn to be intensive one, supplying strong motive force for education. At the same time, Bai Ku Yao ethnic should change their mind, improve cognition, and get out of culture dross besides of inheriting their excellent culture customs. Thus, economic society and education can get sustainable development.
