The teachers'professional development is considered as a key factor influencing on the future educational development in a country. Also, the quality of various teachers'training program in different subjects would affect on the results of national curriculum reform. The teachers'PCK is offered as a core concept in teacher professional development. In recent years, more and more researchers explore the issue. How to perform teachers'PCK in specific subject? Further, when transmitting subject knowledge, teaching knowledge and background knowledge to students, teachers how to display PCK? Until now, these issues have not been a very good answer.This study mainly focuses on exploring the teachers'PCK. By observing in classroom, analyzing the teaching procedure in specific topics (particles of matter, amount of substance), and interviewing the teachers further, the chemistry teachers'PCK was examined. According to the study, many teachers can not clearly express their subject knowledge because their knowledge is tacit. Therefore, the study suggests that the aspects or dimensions of PCK may be described by the multiple approaches which are integrated into a systematic strategy. For example, a practical framework for teachers, in which the practical wisdom of teachers is included, is represented in an integrated way to promote the teachers'professional development.By way of classroom observation and interviews, found that only combination of several methods when it is able to demonstrate a more comprehensive teachers' PCK. This study wants to establish a more effective model to analysis junior high school chemistry teachers'PCK. And build a framework of comprehensive practice of teachers, showing practical wisdom of teachers. Based on this analysis, the junior high school chemistry teachers PCK showed six areas. A single teacher or a class is not comprehensive or complete performance of the teacher's PCK. Teachers are not able to sense and clear grasp their own PCK.Finally, the study offered some reference, and some research problems, limitations and future research and challenges.
