With the fast development of economy and the adjusting of industrial structure in our country, there is a strong need to high quality technical workers. Being a vacational school, we have this important task to train this kind of competent people. However, students' qualities of vacational school varify a lot, this is the fact, besides, it is more obvious on the basic subjects.This essay is based on the teaching reform of Shanghai Business&Tourism School, dicusses the systems and styles of the classified classrooms, and also the estimated and safeguard mechanisms in technical and vacational schools. I try to make these problems clear: Why do we have to classify the classrooms in Chinese teaching in vacational schools? How to guarantee the consistence of classified classrooms and the aim of training these people? How to classify? How to evaluate the effect in a neutral way?To classify the classrooms in teaching Chinese is a must in vacational schools, it is also a must to "store" the basic cultural subjects according to the different majors. What's more, it gives each student the biggest respect, and it can meet the need of their study-all-the-life and self-development.Being effected by several factors, Chinese teahing has to respect the individual difference, accelerate the biggest development in vacational schools. Starting from the requirements of the majors, according to the differencs of students' backgrounds, abilites and mentalities, we have to set the different teaching aims, content and tactics of courses, evaluation standards, to practice different teaching activities to enable every student will have a big progress.Our classified classrooms can test students' study features, form a mechanism of classified students. To practice the specific steps of classifing classes, choosing the teaching materials and carry out the evaluations. Our teaching forms will be new grouping of classes, shifting the classes, small groups in a class and cooperating study groups. We help every student to record their growing journey through the files, and we evaluate the effects of this teaching by monitoring system to ensure the safeguard mechanisms.This is my preliminary discover and practice. Although there are some problems in the teaching procedures, I will keep on studying and solving them.
