In order to acclimate the current tide of the international chemistry course reform, the department of education promulgated the common senior high school《New standard chemistry ( experiment )》in 2003,which represents that a new round chemistry course reform has been carried into execution. The new around course reform was carried through in the common senior high school in Jinzhou of Liaoning province in the autumn of 2006. How to adapt to the reform and devote themselves to the new course as soon as possible has become an initial mission before us.This text is finished by inquiring and interviewing the chemistry teachers who are in charge of senior one course and getting the first-hand materials of the experience and understanding in teaching process from the chemistry teachers who are teaching new course《organic base》in senior high school since the new course has been carried through. At the same time, this essay has a profound analysis of the concrete problems that appear andexperience that gets in the teaching process. The inquisition and analysis about the content of《organic base》and the condition of putting into practice: this section has a general idea of《organic base》mainly from the function of fixed position, grasps the situation of《organic base》contents and makes aninvestigation and analysis, for example, the teaching sequence, the teaching time, teaching methods, the evaluation method and the puzzle in the teaching process in this seven aspects.Conclusion and suggestion: accurate interpretation of《organic base》of knowledge presented in the form of representation to avoid duplication of learning. The difficulty of selection test module equivalent beneficial to the promotion of curriculum standards ..
