In the era of technique rapid development, the problem of learning to learn has become an important research topic in educational circle, meta-cognitive questions will then become a research hotspot.Meta-cognition is people's cognition to the cognitive process, and its essence is the person's self-consciousness and self-regulation to the cognitive process. It can improve the cognitive efficiency and reduce the blindness and impulsiveness of cognitive activity. Meta-cognitive ability is the capacity that cognitive subject has planning, monitoring, evaluating and adjusting to cognitive process.Meta-cognitive awareness has played an important role in many different activities. In classroom teaching, the role of meta-cognition is particularly important. From the meta-cognitive perspective, the classroom teaching is not only the identification of study materials, processing and understanding cognitive processes, but also a positive monitoring, regulation to the process. So meta-cognitive ability has been seen as an effective way in teaching students how to learn and improve the quality of teaching.But in teaching practice, how to combine the study of specific subjects, cultivating the students' meta-cognitive ability is an important issue that presented to us, and is also a relatively weak aspect in the current meta-cognitive study.Based on the basic premise that students' meta-cognitive ability can be Cultured and improved through training. First of all, we invest students with meta-cognitive ability in order to choose the right methods.In order to measure students' status about meta-cognitive ability in the information technology curriculum, the writer consults the relevant literature, analyzes on related questionnaires and scales, and interviews teachers and students in school, understand students' actual situation in the learning process, combines with practical experience, Compile and modify questionnaire together with the School Teacher. According to investigation, reference existing meta-cognitive training methods, the author will propose the specific strategies to cultivate the students' meta-cognitive and put these strategies to classroom teaching.In this study, the author use middle school classroom teaching about information technology as a basic research environment, and put students meta-cognitive strategies cultivated as research content, discusses some teaching strategies and teaching approaches about how to cultivate students' meta-cognitive ability in the information technology classroom teaching, and further build three training modes including "The Concept of Schema", "Scientific Inquiry" and " Autonomous Learning" to cultivate meta-cognitive ability, combine with some specific cases for analysis, provide some guidance for improving the efficiency of classroom teaching.The thesis is divided into seven chapters:The chapter I includes preface, which introduce the background of problem research, the current status, overview research about home and abroad. It also includes present situation about meta-cognitive research in information technology subjects, the significance, the purpose and the valuable in information technology disciplines.Chapter II is theory summary, mainly discusses the meta-cognitive theory, information technology meta-cognitive and analysis meta-cognitive applications through two different perspectives from Teachers and students.Chapter III is Investigation and analysis. Through the questionnaire analysis know meta-cognitive level of the current situation about high school students.Chapter IV is On the Theoretical Basis of the first two chapters, from the information technology classroom teaching and learning process, this paper puts forward several strategies to cultivate students' meta-cognitive.Chapter V puts forward specific training models, aiming at training models. the author analyses teaching cases in the classroom.Chapter VI is to analysis the results about cultivate.Chapter VII is about summary, reflection to the whole thesis and put forward the deficiencies of research and development direction.
