Objective: Understanding the existing daily regime and learning burden of the students of middle and primary school, so as to provide scientific knowledge for amending the daily regime of the students of middle and primary school.Methods:①Using students'questionnaires -《The questionnaire about the situation of learning and live hood of primary》,《The questionnaire about the situation of learning and live hood of the middle school students》to invest the students of middle and primary school, the number is 1,540,which sampled cluster. including 589 primary,649 middle school students,302 high school students. Getting know the objective and subjective learning burden from the side of students.②Using parents'questionnaires-《The questionnaire about the situation of learning and live hood of primary》to investigate the parents of primary students from grade one to three,《The questionnaire about the situation of learning and live hood of the students(parents'questionnaire)》to investigate the parents of primary students from grade four to six and middle school students, which total number is 1226. Getting know the learning burden from the side of. Parents.③Interview: Using texture interview to investigate the leaders of the school and the Education department officials. Getting know the learning burden from the side of. School and Education Management.④Using dose-work test to exam the change of mental capacity under daily learning load.Results:1. Learning burden of the student of middle and primary school of wuhan city ①objective Learning burdenAverage learning time of a week: the time is 4.13 hours of primary from grade one to two, the time is 5.16 hours of primary from grade three to six, the time is 7.75 hours of middle school students of grade one and two, the time of grade three is 8.45 hours, the time is 10.02 hours of high school students of grade one and two, the time of the grade three is 10.45 hours. all of the grade surpass the standard time. Average homework time a day : the percentages of the students whose homework time surpass the standard are: the grade two of primary is 85.6%, the grade three and four is 70.6%,the grade five and six is 19.1%; the separate percentages of the middle school students are:73.5%,59.4%,92.6%; the separate percentages of the high school students are: 96.2%,89.3%,79.4%. Sleep and the athletic activity time in the learning week: the separate percentages of the students whose sleep time is sufficient are: the grade one and two of primary is 75.5%,the students from grade three and four is 7.0%,the grade six is 13.7%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05). the separate percentages of the students from grade one to three of middle school are: 21.9%,10.8%,63.5%,and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05). the separate percentages of the high school students are: 83.3%,83.1%,87.9%。the separate percentages of the students from grade three to four,grade five to six of primary school,middle and high school whose athletic activity time surpass 1 hour are: 11.0%,0.8%,12.2%,2.8%。Tutoring and attending the study class: the separate percentages of the students of primary and middle school students tutoring in the class day are: 14.8%,2.4%,0.7%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05).;in the weekend are: 20.2%,11.5%,13.2%. the separate percentages of the students of primary and middle school students attending the study class in the class day are: 39.3%,15.5%,3.9%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05).;in the weekend are: 56.1%,88.6%,13.9%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05).。②subjective learning burden The reception of curriculum,homework,learning mission: the separate percentages of the students of primary and middle school students that think the curriculum is difficult are: 14.1%,35.5% and 42.4%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05).that think the homework is not difficult are: 92.5%,80.1% and 72.3%. that think the learning mission is heavy are: 21.1%,47.3% and 63.4%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05).The attitude for attending the study class,tutoring,daily regime: the separate percentages of the students of primary and middle school students that hold the dislike attitude for attending the study class are: 17.0%,26.8%,38.1%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05); that hold the dislike attitude for tutoring are: 44.0%,44.8%,42.0%。that hold the unsatisfactory attitude for daily regime are: 10.2%,22.4%,44.5%, and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05). the separate percentages of the students of middle and high school that has fatigue are: 80.9%,95%,and the difference between the two means significant (P<0.05).Subjective reception of fatigue: the separate percentages of the middle and high school students that has fatigue are 95%,80.9%. the percentage of high school students is bigger than middle school students(P<0.05). the separate percentages of students that have serious physiological fatigue from grade one of middle school to grade three of high school are: 11.0%,6.1%,9.9%,12.1%,15.6%,13.8%;that have serious mental fatigue are: 13.0%,9.6%,16.2%,20.9%,26.1%,23.4%.The attitude of the parents: the separate percentages of the parents of primary and middle school students that hold the opposite attitude are: 3.3%,17.7%,9.7%,and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05). that reaccepting give the students too much pressure are: 4.9%,4.8%,8.3%. that only care the score are: 15.4%,29.3%,33.1%,and the difference between the three means significant (P<0.05).2. The mental capacity under daily learning load of the primarythe change of mental capacity of all the students we investigate from grade three and grade five is well, the index of mental capacity(IMC) rise after work contrasting to the first class, the whole work situation is well. The IMC of grade five students is higher than the grade three (P<0.05), The IMC on Wednesday is higher than Monday(P<0.05), the above results are normal according to physiological function. but the rate of the students who has fatigue is very high, the separate percentages of the students of grade three students on Monday that has fatigue are: 22.4%,55.1%,48.9%,55.1%; the grade five students are: 6.9%,71.4%,77.5%,53.1%。the separate percentages of the students of grade three students on Wednesday that has fatigue are: 48.9%,47.0%,57.2%,46.9%;the grade five students are: 55.1%,32.7%,69.4%,36.7%。Conclusion:1.The situation of the learning burden of the student of middle and primary school: the objective learning burden of the primary of wuhan city that we investigate is heavy, but the subjective learning burden is light. So, evaluating from the two sides, the primary of wuhan city is not heavy. objective and subjective learning burden of the middle school and high school students is heavy, and the learning burden of high school students is more heavy than middle school students, and the learning burden of the students which are graduating is more heavy than the students of other grade.2.The mental capacity under daily learning load of the primary: the change of mental capacity of all the students we investigate from the third and fifth grade is well, the daily regime is reasonable; but the rate of the students who has fatigue is very high.
