Study On The Development Issue Of Dispersed And Mixed Hui People

Development of nation is a main issue which is laid emphasis in every country. It is not only an important manifestation of social development, but also one of the main contents of national work in China. Establishing and putting the Scientific Outlook on Development into practice, as well as promoting national harmony is an essential requirement for conduct the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Xiangfan is a typical city where there are many dispersed and mixed minority, which the number of whom is 25,000 and about 80% of whom are Hui people who are widely distributed in urban and rural areas. Nowadays, in the background of opening-up policy and marketization and urbanization, the dispersed and mixed Hui people are now in the forefront of national interaction and identity. However, how about their status quo? What problems do they have to face? What factors restrict their further development? How do we to promote their harmonious development? These questions are the focus of the research work for dispersed and mixed minority, meanwhile, the answers to them are the breakthrough point and innovation of national theory and policy research.Chapter I expounds the basic theory of dispersed and mixed nation development. Chapter II mainly introduces the situation of dispersed and mixed Hui people in Xiangfan City and makes an in-depth investigation into the Friendship Street Hui Community by learning predecessors'research methods and summarizes the characteristics of developing situation of dispersed and mixed Hui people in Xiangfan City. Chapter III analyzes the problems and reasons in the development of dispersed and mixed Hui people on the basis of developing situation of dispersed and mixed Hui people's economy, society, national relations and national culture.
