The Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure For Gymnastics Teaching In Hui People Middle School In Cities And Towns Of Ningxia

Based on methods of literature data, investigation, statistical figures and logical analysis, this thesis intends to make investigations on current situation of gymnastics teaching in 12 urban Hui middle schools in Ningxia , to analyze the factors of urban Hui middle schools in Ningxia, thus the related strategies and suggestions are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:1,Major composition in P.E. teachers in Ningxia urban Hui middle schools are less reasonable, lack of special gymnastics teachers, P.E. teachers'gymnastics special skill levels are low; the proportion of male and female P.E. teachers are not balance, female teachers are not enough; P.E. teachers'research capacity are weak, their passion for research into gymnastics are low; teachers aged 20 to 40 dominated the teaching group , so age composition is decent Han P.E.teachers play the main part in the nationality composition, Hui physical education teachers are less; Most of the teachers have college graduate school record, but there are still small part of teachers having no college graduate school record and most of them have one-class and second-class professional title in middle school teaching.2,P.E. teachers'workload are massive, but the treatment are low, which lead to loss of teaching passion for the job.3,Lack of sports funding, less emphasis from leaders, with the exception of key schools, the majority of muslim schools'gymnastics teaching venue, equipment and facilities are inadequate; some schools'gymnastics facilities haven't improved for many years, which is very dangerous for use, even some of them are completely useless.4,In terms of Ningxia urban Hui middle schools'gymnastics teaching activities, queue formation and free-hand gymnastics teaching are the best, reaching 95.2 percent and 86.4% percent respectively, gymnastics teaching (4) focuses on skills; but the practice of horizontal bar and parallel bar are not satisfactory; some schools even stop some sports items for avoiding injuries.Generally speaking, the teaching of gymnastics is not desirable.Factors affecting gymnastics teaching in Ningxia urban Hui middle schools are as follows :The fear and annoyance of parents to the students'injuries occurrence; inadequate existing gymnastics facilities; P.E. teachers'low teaching ability; bad state of P.E. teachers, inadequate professional gymnastics teachers; lower P.E. curriculum subjects status, less payment, the enthusiasm of P.E. teachers is not high; students are lack of knowledge of gymnastics, having no interest in it; Leaders do not pay enough attention to gymnastics and so on. In addition, the factors including religious concepts, religious practice, religious acts and national contacts also affect launching of gymnastics in Ningxia urban Hui middle schools.As far as the questions mentioned above, the following strategies are suggested:1, To improve the gymnastics facilities;2, To strengthening risk prevention awareness, to prevent the occurrence of injury;3, To pay great importance to the quality of teachers;4, To improve the treatment, stir enthusiasm of P.E. teachers;5, To organize amateur gymnastics competition regularly;6, To impart to the students the theoretical knowledge of gymnastics, to inspire the students interest in studying gymnastics;7,To better Hui sports with traditional characteristics and make it enter the school campus, conversely to assist P.E.teaching.
