Tibetan area is located is in Central Tibetan Plateau .Owing to the rarefied air, bitter cold and other severe conditions in plateau area, which make the Plateau Ecological Environment fragile and vulnerable. The natural ecological system lacks the ability of Self-regulation and Repairing ability. The ecological environment may deteriorate swiftly when the ecological environment is destroyed. Tibetan Plateau is a vast territory, but alpine arid Hypoxia. The mature ecological chain is vulnerable to human disturbance, resulting in the collapse of the imbalance. Tibetan Plateau is different from other regions; the ecological status puts forward higher demands for people's ecological philosophy and practice. A small amount of population of the region's economic activities has a great impact on the ecological environment, which extends far beyond the scope of the plateau itself.
