In the practice of education, class norms often become means of restricting students or even acts of intimidation, punishment of students for teachers. At the same time, people are often accustomed to problems of class norms. As a result, for a long time, problems of class norms haven't received due attention. As a matter of fact, the orderly appearance of the class life is sheltering the underlying angst that educators lack in the cognition of students' subjectivity. In fact, the role of class norms is not only to maintain the order of classes so as to make education activities carry on normally, but also to allow students to learn how to live and learn in different cultures, and then be socialized gradually.First of all, the thesis interprets class norms from the cultural perspective, and then interprets the main features of students' culture—autonomous from the autonomous world of students, that is, all aspects of students' life such as their daily life; Next, in the normative world of students, the thesis interprets the main features of t adults' culture which is represented by teachers—normative from the convention, time and space norms. Shortly afterward, the thesis analyze the main reason of the cultural conflict between teachers and student by using the cultural conflict as the breakthrough point. The thesis find that the main reason is the cultural differences, that is, the role conflict and the value conflict between teachers and students. Although there are many factors that may hinder the cultural fusion between teachers and students, yet due to the possibility and reality of cultural fusion, therefore, understanding and dialogue between teachers and students become the main form of cultural fusion from cultural conflict. The institution is the real unit of cultural analysis. The thesis interprets class norms from the cultural perspective, and this does the groundwork of explaining the formation of class norms deeply by using the formation of the institution as the handle. Finally, the thesis discusses the final formation of class norms from four points, that is, why should class norms be constituted, what is the ideal class norm, how to develop class norms and how to implement class norms.
