So, each country and area pay their great attentions to the forstering of sport talents by the way of massive investments of manpower, material resource and finance, in order to continually improve its scientific level.Heilongjiang Province has offered a lot of excellent nationall basketball-players for our country, but there are also some negative factors for its developing in winter because of its specific climate characteristics. As a result, the offering situation is becoming worse and worse, and the predominance of Heilongjiang Province has been gradually weakened. According to this can we say that the forstering of young supportive basketball talents of Heilongjiang becomes the most importent thing at the present time.Especially by the way of the method of documents and materials, and expert visiting, paper-research, statistical counting, logical ratiocinating, this investigation has a deep and meticulous research and analysis on several aspects of the 24 basketball teams in 19 traditional basketball schools of Heilongjiang Province . And according to the comparison with the other province teams, we bring forward the theory proof and developing resource, which can help the Heilongjiang Province to run the basketball teams in traditional schools well in the new situation.We can find the conclusions:(1) The forstering of surportivetalents of Heilongjiang Province takes the traditional basketball schools as the main position , and all these traditional basketball schools are key schools in district, which has attracted numerous students'parents. All of these has provided advantage situation for bringing up more talents who are good at playing basketball.(2) The coach staff , age structure and the professional title structure in traditional basketball schools of Heilongjiang province are all reasonable. And most of them have the basic experience of teaching and training for many years, who are good teacher with awareness of responsibility and enterprise.(3) The basketball athletes in Heilongjiang have both the advantages in stature and avoirdupois, at the same time most of them started very early and have trained for quite a long time,which provided advantage situation for the training and offering of excellent supportive talents of Heilongjiang Province.(4) Most traditional basketball schoolteams of Heilongjiang province have enough exercise time. And the equipment could basicly satisfy the need of training, compared with the other excellent teams , the times and the scales of its regular matches are in the same high level, and there are two teams with the national professional quality, which have taken part in international matches for several times and done quite well.(5) But the forstering of basketball players in Heilongjiang Province has not been systemized well yet, which can be concretely expressed by lacking of indemnificatory of recruiting, training and learning. Beside this according to the cause of location and climate,the management mechanism don't put the development of forstering of basketball force in traditional schools at a very important place.
