Research On Financial Management Mode In Universities

Under the background of economic globalization wave and establishment andimprovement of socialist market economy system, colleges and universities are required toreform to meet the needs of competetion at home and abroad. It is obviously difficult for theoriginal financial management system to deal with the challenges of the information era andthe needs of environmental and its development. Therefore, financial management modereform is the focus in theory and practice. The paper analyzes the current weak points offinancialmanagementandputsforwardwithsomewaystosolvetheproblems.The paper begins with the literature review of the domestic and foreign research resultsundertheinternationalcircumstancescombinedwiththefinancialmanagementsystemreformof Chinese universities. The advanced management concepts and methods are absorbed anddigested. The process of the reform of financial management mode of universities in Chinaare understood on historical and realistic percpectives. Through analyzing the causes ofexisted problems of financial management in universities, the necessity and importance ofinnovation were pointed out. Then the paper illustrats the innovative modes of financialmanagement inuniversities based onprinciples, ideas, contents and theideal modes, in awayto put forward with the direction of financial management reform of the information era. i.e.the mode of financial management integration. Especially, the overall budget managementand control system, and the campus management of "all-in-one-card" under the ITenvironment are elaborated. The author advices to realize the integration of information oncampus from"digital campus"plan , "all-in-one-card" system and so on. Combined with theexamples of certain university's planning of"all-in-one-card"system, and based on theanalysis of the curent situation of financial information and the nessasity of system in certain univeristities, the financial settlement of "all-in-one-card"program is planned to solve therelativeproblems inmanagement andserviseproblems.Andintegratedfinancial managementcan be realized through financial management software, in a way to achieve the informationintegrationoncampus.Andthefinancialanalysiscanbeutilizedindynamicalmanagementofthe universities, which offers accurate and reliable information for leadershipdecision-making.
