The curriculum problem is the core issue of education reform, the implementation of curriculum is the most dynamic link in the curriculum problem, and curriculum management has an important significance to successfully implement curriculum, raise teachers' specialization level and develop students' ability. The goal of optional courses in our colleges and universities is to foster students' life-long learning and autonomic learning ability, and fully mobilize the initiative of students' active learning and joyful learning. But at present, the result of optional courses implementation is just to be opposite to the goal in Chinese colleges and universities. The situation not only doesn't improve students' autonomic learning ability, but also impedes the development of students' autonomic learning ability. Therefore, the author puts forward means of solving the present situation in curriculum management curriculum perspective, and validates the effect through empirical research after implementing the means. The innovations of the research are as follows: Firstly, the author offers a practical program of the curriculum implementation through empirical research in curriculum management and implementation perspective. Secondly, the author puts forward algebra indicators to determine each dimension coefficient in empirical research; it ensures the validity of measurement tools. Finally, according to laboratory results, as well as students' views on "Holding-card" self-elective system, the author further adjust "Holding-card" self-elective system. The paper is divided into five sections:The first part is theoretical research, including researching reasons, researching aims, researching significance, and the definition of autonomic learning tendency and the research of "Holding-card" self-elective system. The second part is empirical research, including the design of measurement tools and sample selection, data collection and analysis, research methods, as well as analysis and summary of empirical research results. The third part is analysis and discussion, that is, analyzes the reasons and raises discussion according to the problems found in the research. The fourth part is theory, reality and effort; it mainly makes the direction of efforts in accordance with the feasibility of theory and the resistance of practice. The fifth part is summary and reflection, it mainly raises the innovations and deficiencies of the research, and expects to make better in the later research.
