As the escalation of aging population in China, with the industrialization process and social development, the traditional model of the elderly care has to meet a lot of challenges. And it can not fundamentally solve the problem of old-age security. As the aging population are not rich enough when they become old in China, and the model of the elderly care is affected by the concept of social, cultural, capital and other factors, at the same time the institution-supported can hardly meet the need of the whole old-age people. As a result, elderly care by the community would be a desirable way for the aged. There are mainly three types of the elderly care services by the community in China now , which including the life care, health care and spiritual consolation. In general, not only the management of aging in community services, but the provision of services as well, which are still in the continuous development and improvement stage. Furthermore, we are in the absence of quality assessment and the service satisfaction survey. This thesis aims at combining the customer satisfaction theory with the quality of service, to apply them to the elderly care services. It shows that the research makes an exploratory on measurement of satisfaction methods to the public administration. This thesis would like to give some efforts to how to use social resources of elderly service and perfect elderly security mechanism efficiently by supplying scientific test model and policy suggestions to government.Through analysis of current content and developing condition of care by the community of Shanghai, this thesis aims to find relationship between care quality and care satisfaction. All the study would based on a investigation which designed by Satisfaction Evaluation Scale and finally leads to correlation analysis of factors which influence the quality of care, including relationship between Demographic variables and Perceived Service Quality; Expected Service between Satisfaction Evaluation and etc.In one word, this thesis would like to enrich content of care by the community based on population feature of regional senior citizens; aims to supply individual care based on expectations of different senior citizens; aims to improve care quality based on dimensionality feature of care by the community. Through the evaluation of the quality of service satisfaction research, we can achieve more reasonable distribution and utilization in the public service. |
