Study On Imbalance Of Dual Power In China's Universities And Ways To Enhance The Academic Power

The organizaing identity of Universities determines the external existence of the academic power and the administrative power in the universities. In the univerrsities internal power manifestation are many,but the most basic authority form has two kinds, namely the academic power and the administrative power , the conflict and the coordination between the academic power and administrative power form the main content of the power running in the Universities .The way to deal with the relationship between the academic power and the administrative power is the important issue of both theory and practice in high education.At present,the weakeness of our country university academic power to a great extent had already hindered Our country Universities' development.This article is in the foundation of reorganizes and criticizes the absorption to the former literature analysis , utilization organizational structure theory, the sociology, the politics, the management science, the absorption pedagogy and so on related knowledge, using the history analysis method, the comparative analysis method, the conformity analysis method to analysis of the university academic authority and administrative authority's elementary theory, present situation of its relation and unbalanced performance .and according to our country national condition to propose some suggestions to how to promote the academic authority, this had important Significanceof both theory and practice for university internal management organizational reform.
