The Research For Players' Misconduct In China Women Football Premier League In Training

Training is fundamental guarantee to help players to maintain and enhance the competitive ability.Players should ensure highly quality training,so that they can have sufficient capacity to participate in high intensity,high-confrontational game.If players do not play hard in their training,it will affect the effectiveness of training.After a long time vocational training,some bad training behavior will take into the competition and affect the quality and results of match.In this paper,the writer research 160 women players who join in China's premier league.At the same time research their daily training misconducts.This paper use literature research,questionnaire, interview with experts in law,observation and comparative analysis methods,then drew the following conclusions:The reason why there are misconducts in Chinese women adult football player include the following aspects:the long-term training habits, training attitude,lack of appropriate training theoretical knowledge and coaches do not managing very well.In the training habits aspect:As teenage players from the beginning of professional training,there is no strictly discipline and specific requirements in order to developing a number of misconduct,those misconducts with age gradually entrenched.In the training attitude aspect:The players can not do concrete practices seriously.Because sometimes they think the practice not very important or they do not like the practice.These thoughts are resulting in greatly reduced training effect.In the lack of appropriate training theoretical knowledge aspect:As the players lack of knowledge of learning theory and accumulation,which leads to specific training content players lack the necessary understanding of the structure of self-knowledge can not lead the players to engage in training activities and consciously misled or self-judgment, makes the efficiency and effectiveness of training are greatly reduced.In the coach's management aspect:During the training management and monitoring,the coaches pay a lot attention to the organization of training content and the result of training effect,neglecting player's misconducts.Or lack of appropriate theories and methods to correct the misconducts of the player.
