The Reasons Why Track And Field Sport Withdraw From College And University Physical Education And The Way To Resolve It

Physical education is a main portion of the college and university education.It aims at fostering talents,which coordinated with moral education and mental education,completed the higher education's purposes.Chinese socialist college education went through a winding fiftysix years,which developed in constant and hard explorations.The change of educational ideology is the most important part of school physical education's reform.,since 1949,Chinese colleges and universities have been experienced a serious changes in teaching idea,from "the Athletic Skill Idea" to" the Lifelong Physical Education Idea",from "the Pleasant Physica Education Iidea" to "the Healthy Physical Education Idea",such reforms lead to some correspon-ding changes on the course's contents,the course's nature and the course's purposes.In recent years,with the reform of college physical education,our country issued the ,and since then,track and field sport withdrawn from the platform of college physical education.This paper researched the current situations of track and field sport in Liaoning province's colleges and universities.By questioned 15 Liaoning province's college students in random,the research indicated that:there are many reasons made the track and field sport withdraw from College and university's Physical Education,such as social development,school physical education reform,the changes of students' athletic value orientation,teacher's outdated teaching methods,original testing method and standard and the shortcomings of track and field sport itself etc.All these reasons directly or indirectly lead to the present condition that track and field sport becoming less important than before,this paper analyzed the reasons of why track and field sport withdraw from college and university physical education,further more,the author put forward some relevant methods to resolve these problems to help track and field sport went through the hardship.
