The collective education is an important content of Marxism educates thought , insisting on collectivism value guiding, in the collective and by the collective a builder of socialism with Chinese characteristics Cultivated is related to Chinese education modernization and socialist orientation ,which is the guiding key subjects. The high school students are in the key period that they form the world outlook, outlook on life and Outlook on values, also the period that they accept knowledge education , character education and contact society experience comparatively broadly. So the work of moral education in senior school is an important field in which theory on the collective education and practice can be true.School education in the new period asks to Cultivate innovative talented person to adapt to the innovative country .It must respects individuality , trains individuality , makes individuality of them , takes students seriously and bring them into sufficiently effect.Studying the collective educates ideological system under reforming background in new course and the collective education theory ,then playing them in the moral education of senior school is very important .Studying the collective education theory and learning how to use in the morol education of high school can make students accept beneficial education sufficiently, Beneficial to moral education middle teacher latent energy in collective; Beneficial to fine student behavior habit forming; Beneficial to correct world outlook; outlook on life and values of student establishment; Beneficial to the teachers theoretical attainment , the theoretical level rising, also having very important theory and practical or immediate significance to the teacher job and student's culture.The thesis comment that how to apply moral education and comes true in high school about the new period collective educates on three parts.The first part is the collective education theory outline, mainly summed up from two aspects. The first aspect is the putting forward on the thought of collective education. From the important educationist of ancient Rome (MarcusFabius Quintilianus) brings forward the concept of the collective education firstly, to Johann Amos Comenius , Georg Kerschensteiner as well as Suhuomlinsiji from the former Soviet Union talk to what is the collective education from development of thought from the collective educate.also set forth the nature characteristic of the collective education from social nature , three guidings and autonomous rules aspect. The Second is the development of the thought on the collective education in our country, mainly expounded from the content of our country collective education, our country collective education content and the category in the new period and so on.The Second part is the necessity that the collective education reinforced in the senior school moral education, mainly expounded from two aspects. The first one is the particularity in high school moral education, analysing the particularity of high school moral education from three angles :moral education marriage partner of high school, moral education target and moral education content. The Second is the function of the collective in the moral education of high school, containing organizing and educating the collective enhance the rally power; Guiding collective ego education and carrying out education on the member of the collective; Developing collective member individuality, training perfect personality and realize all-round development.The third part is the practice that the collective educates applies in current high school moral education, mainly embody in several the following aspects: The first is the collective educates in construction of the shift collective. The Second is the collective education in classroom teaching. The third is the collective education in corporation activity. The fourth is the collective education in campus cultural advancement. Union high school moral education teaching is actual, the practice how to apply collective to high school in moral education is being in progress. The last supplement two problems that the practice in high school moral education collective ought to be paid attention to: The first is the problem of collective teacher construction, The Second is the relation between collective education and individual education.
