Analyse On The Situation And The Development Countermeasures Of Employment For P.E.Majors In Shandong Province

The employment situation of P.E majors in Shan Dong province is still very rigorous. How to get a grip on the employment information and find appropriate solutions under the present situation is a great challenge for the authority of Physical Education feild, the hotspot for current study and also the responsibility and obligation for PE career men. So the present thesis aims to acknowledge the current situation of the college students of PE major, and to search for the aspects related with students'employment.Presently, the studies about PE majors'employment are mainly from the perspectives of"educational system, educational institution and employment education"and are mainly explore the PE majors'employment problem of Shan Dong province holisticly. However, few explores this problem systematically from the perspective of overall arrangement inside the PE system. Based on the experience of bypast studies, this thesis makes a brand new survey of the overall arrangement of gratuates from PE major, and the hope is to give a reference for related departments in the course of decision-making.By adapting such methodologies as literature material, survey, interview of experts, numeric statistic and so on, this thesis makes a exploring study about the current exployment situation of PE major graduates of Shan Dong province, and by exploring the representative area of Shan Dong province, the thesis gets a conclution:1.The employment situation of PE majors in Shan Dong province is still very rigorous, most of the gratuates prefer to stay in the big cities. However, the difference between the east and the west is not so evident as past years. Graduates from PE majors are becoming more and more rational when choosing jobs, most unemployed graduates choose to stay in big cities.2. The professional qualities of PE majors fall evidently. Compared with the prevenient students, the graduates'physical qualities degenerate heavily these years which causes the degradation of their professional qualities.3. Although the employment system of colleges has made great progress, there are still a lot of problems. Its level of development could not meet the need of society.4. The demand for PE teachers in the grass roots has been changed deeply. Also the need for different majors is changed too, graduates majoring in basketball and setting-up exercise are more likely to be unemployed.5. Society is in great need of graduates who possess well-knit professional qualities, high general qualities and strong abilities, which shows the importance of training students'general abilities.6. Most graduates are not satisfied with the courses they accept in their colleges, they think that it is waste time studying in college, and also they lack for career education..
