With the deepening development of the curriculum reform of basic education, it put forward higher requirement to the teacher's curriculum consciousness and ability to curriculum generating. Curriculum consciousness is a kind of basic professional consciousness of the teacher's, which is influencing teacher's understanding of whole educational activities. Teacher,who is of curriculum consciousness ,that often treats each subsystem and educational key element in the educational activities system with the idea that are combined,will not regard curriculum as teaching content. Curriculum consciousness is the intrinsic request of teacher specialized growth and it is the need of curriculum development and the curriculum cultural reconstruction.However, our teachers lack curriculum consciousness for historical reasons, which has now become an important factor to the development of teacher and constrain the successful implementation of the new curriculum reform. For Primary education is an important stage in the primary and secondary school, and the training of Primary school teachers to participate in is broader and intensity, So that this paper put the perspective of research focused on the primary school teachers curriculum consciousness.This article survey primary school teachers curriculum consciousness through questionnaire, interview research methods, and find existing problems, and find an effective way to enhance the consciousness of primary school teachers ,and Provide a reference to primary school teachers professional growth and school reform .This paper consists of four parts:The first part of the thesis is an introduction, which discusses the origin of the research, introduces the relevant researches at home and abroad, and shows the purpose and values of my study.The second part is the summary of the primary school teachers'curriculum consciousness. Discusses the understanding to the connotation curriculum consciousness of primary school teachers. For the deeper understanding to the curriculum consciousness of primary school teachers, this article further analysis the relationship between curriculum consciousness and teaching consciousness.The third part is the present situation of the primary school teachers'curriculum consciousness. Through questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the status quo of the curriculum consciousness of primary school teachers, pointing out problems of the curriculum consciousness of primary school teachers: primary school teachers lack of curriculum consciousness; curriculum Consciousness and behavior: exist deviations; the collective of teachers lack curriculum consciousness .Analysis both aspects of the Primary school teachers factors and external factors, put forward the impact factors to primary school teachers curriculum consciousness: primary school teachers in curriculum theory, primary school teachers in day-to-day work, primary school teacher training system, the school training system, curriculum management system.The fourth part, find an Effective way to enhance the consciousness of primary school teachers.Based on the analysis of the impact factor of the curriculum consciousness of primary school teachers , put forward the recommendations for enhancing the primary school teachers curriculum consciousness from their own and external support-type conditions: establish a dynamic, open curriculum concept, reconstruction of reasonable curriculum knowledge structure, and active participation to communicate with others in co-operation, given full power of curriculum to primary school teachers, set up an effective evaluation mechanism, reconstruction of the school curriculum system and to enhance the professional training of primary school teachers.
