It's definitely pointed out in new curriculum reform of our country,that students should turn passive and dependant study into positive and active study.Autonomous learning which have characters of validity,subjectivity and creativity is developed and perfected on the base of reflection and criticism towards the traditional study theory.The research of autonomous learning instruction strategy contributes to building the bridge between autonomous learning theory and practice.The research is based on the reflective of shortcoming of past autonomous learning teaching instruct theory and practice,mainly aims at the ignorance of students' autonomous learning level difference and the drawback of performing whole students self-teaching during autonomous learning instruct practice,and explores the instructive strategy of autonomous learning according to the classification of student autonomous learning level.The research takes social cognitive theory as theory bases,explaining the content and nature of the autonomous learning,uses the level thought with layers of Zimmerman for reference,and according to Bandula's observative studying theory, suggests a series of instruction strategy that is helpful for students autonomous learning.Autonomous learning means that the learners to obtain the study goals use and regulate meta-cognitive,motivation and behavior positively.Autonomous learning requires that the learners should examine their study with reflective,criticism,and liberated perspective,and re-examine the study and learners on the base of realization of the reform values and meaning of character liberation of study,and undertake study responsibility optimistically,autonomously and positively.The nature of autonomous learning decides that not all of the students are on the same level of autonomous learning capability,the level of autonomous learning have the characters of variety,progression and complexity.According to the theory of Zimmerman,the level of students' autonomous learning can be divided into:observation level,imitation level,self-regulated level and autonomous level from low to high.The connection of these four levels are not simple progressive relation,a special cycle existing in every level inner,with the adding of cycle times,and the four levels present a rising state on whole from simple,inefficient on starting to more profound,high-grade autonomous.Only their instructive strategy play a role of promoter,can teachers help students realize overpass from low autonomous level to high one.To improve students' autonomous learning level in practice teaching,it's necessary to divide levels according to the differences of students' levels.To promote students' discrepant development on the base of meeting different students' needs,to divide further on the base of students' discrepant development,and after many times cycles,can help students realize high-level autonomous learning. On the aspect of concrete tactics,teacher should turn the emphasis to study strategy,from strategy demonstration to help summarize the behavior character and then to encourage behavior reappearance etc.teachers' instruction is indispensable in every stage.
