As a new form of distance education which transmitted information via the Internet, Online Learning has more advantages compared with traditional learning forms, such as its dissemination of knowledge with the unlimited time and space, the flexibility of the way, the form diversity and the contents of the richness. In the times of building a "Learning Society", it give the adult learners to more learning resources and opportunities, which are in contradictions between studying and work. No doubt Online Learning contains the great 'Fortune'. In the new environment how to carry out high-quality teaching &learning activities, especially in the context of " life value " having been exploring and pursuing of the cotemporary of education. We need to increase the research of interaction activities -that for human life, through the human life, in order to improve the quality of the life.This paper aims to initially identify and remove a number of "barriers" of the modern information technology applications in education, to effectively promote the teaching of adult interaction, teachers and students to achieve a common "subject" of the growth and development. As the based on the learning and reflecting of the research results ,the thesis takes adult teachers and students as study object, who participate the Network College of East China Normal University. And Concerned about the impacted factors on the quality of the effect of interaction, such as teaching concepts, teaching behavior, the teaching environment, analyze the underlying causes that exist in the reality of teaching and resulted in "non-interactive", "less interactive". Furthermore, from the three aspects : concept of update, the operation of the support, supporting measures, with system method to set up a targeted, integrated teaching "to help move", "actuator" strategy system. Finally, it can give the learners, educators, practice managers to interactive teaching practice some reference.Chapter one: Introduction. By the reflection of opportunities and challenges with network technology, communication technology, multimedia technology in contemporary distance education ,and humanism, constructivism to reflect on the tremendous impact on the contemporary education. Expounded the teaching of this study concerns the interaction of theoretical significance and practical significance. Further, by keyword decomposition method, make the themes break down into : e-learning, interactive teaching, interactive strategy, step-by-step approach focusing combing the results of relevant research at home and abroad. Ultimately, the study found that from the existing issues to be resolved, a clear thesis research specific content, derived in this study's methodology and research paths.Chapter two:: Theory. This chapter from the basic theory of interactive, in-depth analysis of the concept of interactive teaching, content, features, the impact of factors such as content, meaning and value of interactive teaching system deconstruction; Further, focus on the characteristics of the online learning .the new situation caused by new interactive environment. Finally, once again focusing the subject and emphasize the " humanism", put forwards some subjects really suitable for adults below the promotion of interactive teaching strategy to lay a solid theoretical foundation.Chapter three: Mainly about the results of the analysis of the status quo of the adult online learning interactive. Though the questionnaire survey and individual interview, and with online learning participants in network college of East China Normal University as study samples ,the article reveals the current situation of the motivation, form, behavior and the external online-interactive security of online learning participants. And based on the survey results, the article finally points out several reasons leading to the consequences of the ignorance towards interactive behaviors, such as internal elements of education, information dissemination elements on the network, social values and etc.Chapter four : Some strategies for the promotion of effective online-learning interaction. The article puts forward three strategies--- the concept-exchange of interaction strategy and interactive operation strategy and interactive Protection strategy. Among these, the concept-exchange of interaction strategy is prerequisite and foundation; interactive operation strategy is the reference to the logic of the program system; interactive Protection strategy is the external support of the implementation and improvement of teaching interaction.
