| Informationization in social life increases the importance of information technology and it has already become the major facility widely used in almost every field of social life. As early as 2001, information technology was established as the required course by our National Ministry of Education, thus facing a new challenge at present.Self-efficacy reflects a kind of students'subjective judgement in controlling capability of their learning behavior and learning grades, and it is a self-assessment in whether they can accomplish learning task by mean of their knowledge and skill. It has an impact on students'grades of the subject and other courses. As research indicates, nowadays this students'self-efficacy of information technology in senior high school is at a relatively low level.
