With our country's economy globalization developing rapidly and scientific innovative technology's step quickening,we need high class application-type-talents rapidly. But we neglected bringing up application-type-talents for a long time especially for higher application-type-talents. So how to bring up higher vocational education talents had been attached more and more importance for the government. However, our country's vocational education policy got behind our country's economy and could not suited the variational economy even complicated international economy.
