With the increasing enrollment in universities, more and more students prefer the regular senior middle schools to vocational schools after their junior education.Vocational education,by contrast, is facing the most serious problems. that have never existed before,such as unsatisfied allotment , lower levels of students, reducing enrollment and so on.Basic courses are in great challenge, and among all challenge,the problem of mathematics teaching is most outstanding. The students'ability in calculation is becoming weak.The syllabus of vocational education has clearly prescribed that Mathematics is one of compulsory courses. Considering its thought,contents,method and language are increasingly widely used in the fields of scientific technology,manufacturing and life,we,as teachers,should focus on how to make the students having got the foundational mathematics education to get various abilities in Mathematics.Operation ability in all mathematics abilities is the most basal one. So the research in the thesis is about the operation ability of Mathematics, as the foundation to the on the second vocational students of wenzhou majoring in Finance and Economics.Mathematics school- based curriculum development has to do with reality in this study according to the results of the study. Poor mathematical foundations, gaps, and Different requirements for different classes of the status of the vocational students .On this basis, the author studies the principles, strategies and methods and has carried on the sample investigation and the analysis take this the shcool·based maths ucrrieulumd. Then experimental studies come to the preliminary conclusion that School-based curriculum not only can improve the students'mathematical level, but also can inspire their study motivation.It can raise the students'application consciousness and improve the chang of teacher .Finally the author gives some suggestions in how to develop the Practice of the shcool·based maths ucrrieulumd.
