In the implementation of curriculum, teachers are the most direct participants. So in order to make the science course in junior high school be put to effect successfully, a troop of matured high-quality teachers should be built. However, since the modern comprehensive science course came into use in the 1960s, all the teachers from the countries and the regions where the modern comprehensive science course is being used have encountered the difficulties or problems that are from their own . The science course in junior high school is no exception. As it is known to everyone that the comprehensive science course was formly taught separately including physics, chemistry, biology, geography and so on,but then it is combined and integrated. Therefore, we science teachers have to teach the modern comprehensive science course in integrated ways no matter what our former original professionalis, so that such difficulties and problems are engendered. Then how to make the subject teachers be willing to accept and adopt to the new course as soon as possible, how to make the subject teachers obtain skillful ability and better knowledge structure to meet the interdisciplinary characteristics of the course. These are unavoidable and worth thinking and researching seriously. This study has described and analyzed the experience of a teacher who is in the front line of science teaching in junior high school, and has identified the track in which a subject teacher becomes a integrating science teacher, also has summed up the basic approaches by which science teachers develop themselves. As while it has studied the strategies for training the matured integrating teachers. So that I can present meagre strength for the implementation of curriculum.This paper adopts qualitative research methods to analyze a case study, and the research object is the author myself who is an ordinary junior high school science teacher. In this paper the writing of the growing experience is based on my materials, and the related data is also analyzed. The paper is composed by five parts: The first part introduces the research background and origin, also clears up the problems. The second part of this paper introduces the selection of qualitative research methods in details, and faithfully describes the research process. The third part is literature statements, by collecting and analyzing of the literatures at home or abroad, get to know the significance of the change and the integration, make clear the definite orientation for the research of the change and the integration of teachers, and provides theoretical support for this study . The fourth part is the core part . It describes my process to be a integrating science teacher, quoting related refined materials, together with this, it investigates the basic process that how a subject teacher becomes a interatingscience teacher and its characteristics. The fifth part is about the process analysis of changing, sums up the specificity of the current stage,and try to draw countermeasure for dealing with a situation that is beneficial to the teachers'changing and integration.
