Teachers' collaborative culture is the culture where teachers can believe,help,support each other in the interactive course by following the collaborative rules in order to realize the collective aim,which can improve teacher career development.It contains two parts:one is the inner collaboration;the other is the outer collaboration.These two parts influence each other, but I only talk about the former in the thesis.The increasingly dynamic qualitative research method is adopted in the thesis.From the perspective of the teachers' collaboration in the inner,the study is conducted on collaborative consciousness,collaborative ways,collaborative atmosphere,collaborative willing of WJ middle school teachers.After a lot of open talks,observing their daily collaboration and collecting some useful information,I know about the teachers' consciousness,ways, atmosphere and willing in collaboration,and understand them how to collaborate.At the same time,platforms offered by WJ middle school and teachers themselves are seen obviously. According to materials I collected,I describe the present situation of WJ middle school teachers' collaboration after analyzing and sorting them,reflect the teachers' viewpoints and attitudes,sum up the successful experience in collaboration.find out the reasons which stop collaboration development.Suggestions and solutions are given by me about the present situation of WJ middle school teachers' collaboration.At the end of the thesis,I try bringing forward some construction strategies about middle school teachers' collaborative culture. This thesis contains five pans:Part one is the preface which mainly elaborates the cause of issue selection,the intention,the thoughts and methodology of this thesis and the present situation of the relevant studies.Pan two is about concepts:culture,teachers' culture,teachers' collaborative culture.Part three is about some thoughts in the study,which introduce reliability and validity, sample,extension,moral,the way to collect materials.Part four is the study process.how to collect and deal with materials,analyzing the original materials and some useful information in order to summarize collaborative consciousness, collaborative ways,collaborative atmosphere and willing.The end of this part is summaries and suggestions,sum up some successful experience.Firstly,president's guidance and encouragement.Secondly,the teacher's thirst for knowledge and active collaboration.Thirdly, collaboration brings efficient influence.Fourth,open collaboration policy.Fifth,harmonious organizational culture,and offer a few solutions.Firstly,improve the teachers' collaboration theory.Secondly,care about school-based curriculum.Thirdly,strengthen the outer collaboration.Fourth,construct multiple assessment mechanism.Fifth,encourage the old teachers and a few middle-aged teachers to collaborate.Part five is how to construct the strategy about middle school teachers' collaborative culture. Firstly,cultivate the teachers' collaborative consciousness and encourage them to take part in collaborative activities,Secondly,guide the teachers to collaborate until they themselves can collaborate.Thirdly,develop the leading role of the president.Fourth, construct the efficiently sustainable motive mechanism to make the collaboration continue. |
