This research applied the questionnaire of sports psychological consultant working state and carried out an investigation on 20 sports psychological consultants and 62 athletes in national team. After analysing the job performance traits of sports psychological consultant. It also combined with "Criterion of Sports Psychological consultant Certification", "National uniform professional qualification assessment proposal" and 20 athletes psychological counseling proposals to analyse it. It put forward research hypothesis as followings:Research hypothesis I :The structure of job performance of sports psychological consultant divided into 6 dimentions that are assignment performance, Interpersonal performance, individual trait performance, adaptation performance, study performance and ability performance.research hypothesis II :"Job Performance scale for sports psychological consultant" which based on theory and practices has a good reliability and validity. In order to achieve the research objective, 14 specialists in our country have done a delphi method research and conducted "Job performance scale for sports psychological consultant ".The main results are as followings:1 .The structure of job performance of sports psychological consultant consist of 6 dimentions that are assignment performance, interpersonal performance, individual trait performance, adaptation performance, study performance and ability performance. It divided into 28 sub-dimension. Among them, assignment performance include 7sub-dimension;ability performance include 6;individual trait performance, interpersonal performance, study performance each include 4;while adaptation performance include 3.Moreover, logical relationship among each dimension is clear and embody conceptual meaning well.2."Job performance scale for sports psychological consultant " is made up of 28 items,which was tested to have a higher reliability and validity.
