At the same time, China's higher education began a significant expansion of enrollment, the annual number of graduates continue to create new high. This at the same time, colleges and universities graduate employment system from the past "sub-unified", "packet when the country cadres" model into a market-oriented configuration, graduates and employers "two-way selection" of the employment patterns. Second, in the teaching process and integrate into the concept of lifelong learning to enhance the quality of education in the humanities.
