Study On The System Innovation Of China's Sports Administration

The system of sports administration were founded at the early years of our new country, it becomes more maturity after a series of adjustments and reforms. Different training organizations were established in different training levels, therefore formed the national sports management system with united objects and integrated system. It has played a positive role for the rapid development of our country's sports in the planned economic system.However, with the deepen system reform of our country, the drawbacks were increasing of traditional sports administrative system. Therefore, reform and institutional innovation become the inevitable trend in China's sport enterprise. In current circumstances, the national system were not changed, some provinces and cities according to their own needs, made some different reform and innovation in sports administration.The methods of investigation and interview were used to analyze the sports administrative system reform of Wuxi. It considered that the system innovation of"government regulation separate from management"accord with the"corner theory"of gradual reform, tally with the general rules of enterprises reform and the developement of sports enterprise. It is conducive the transformation of governmental function, In the government's macro-control, displayed the community's enthusiasm for sports.
