Sports Aerobics, as an emerging sports competition, to date, its origin can be traced back to 20 years before. As a special sports event, it has a degree of difficulty corresponding to its unique style, which is a component of the system of aerobics. The major differences from the public body building exercise are the diversity of the difficult movement and the complexity of the complete set movement. The three world championships held in 2004 to 2008 already shows that the competitive aerobics of six people has leaped to the forefront in the world. A consensus was reached by the aerobic circle that whether in art or in technique, the competitive aerobics of six people is presenting the developing direction of the competitive aerobics. In order to ensure the leading place taken by our competitive aerobics of six people, it is of great necessity to develop the level of difficulty in the movement, and provide a solide theoretical support for the development of the competitive aerobics of six people in the direction of higer and stronger, as well as an instruction for the practical training in it.This analytic approaches adopted in this thesis are reference, videos, comparative analysis, logical reasoning, based on intensive study on the rules of the three competitive events and the development trend of the competitive aerobics of six people, as well as a constractive analysis on the scores of the top six. Besides, the level of the difficulty of the movement has been taken into consideration. Through the horizontal and vertical comparation and analysis, the factors for the difficulty of the movement of this event was reached, on the basis of which, thus corresponding measures are would worked out after the predictate on the trend of its development.Studies have shown that:1. high level of difficulty, standard and quality are the major trend of the competitive aerobics of six people.2. there is a lack of divesity as the level of difficulty of the movement was chosen more or less the same by all the countries in the world.3. there is an inbalance in the arrangement of the difficulty of the movement, and the quality of it should be improved.4. the development of the movement of the competitive aerobics of three can serve for that of the competitive aerobics of six.
