Research On Unfair Play Of Athletic Sports In China

Sports competition is the soul of fair play and core of athletic sports motivation and basic requirements.However,in athletic sports,unfair competition,but as easily,and when the time was implicit,has been plaguing the healthy development of sports.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,observation and logic analysis,starting from the unfair play of the athletic sorts,labrating on the concept,harms,causes of unfair play,and drawing both the punitive and preventive comprehensive management ideas.The conclusions of the study are as follows:Sports is fair play in the sports field,with equal rights for the main competition,in accordance with the rules of fairness,in the moral norms and the external conditions of equality,mutual behaviour striving for victory.Elements of its four components:the main competition equality, in accordance with the implementation of the rules of fair play,moral norms and equal external conditions.Elements of this breach of any of the four acts constitute unfair play.Unfair play in China's athletic sports in the prevalence of type can be divided into man-made deliberately,rules-based and external conditions-were as follows:deliberately lose competitions,a referee fined injustice,not subject to a referee,manufacturing violence,the use of organization to constrain opponents,the entry qualification cheating,doping;rules deletion,loopholes unfairness in the rules; instrumentation equipment gap is too wide,not the same as natural conditions.Unfair play does harm to the physical and mental health of athlets, hampers the development of sports,and affecting social harmony and stability. The existence of unfair play in sports competitions is the internal and external factors combined with its breeding and spreading with fertile soil and abundant conditions.The social environment during the transitional times,the loss of traditional fair play and the prevalence of social value "gold medal first",high-tech adding fuel to the flames are the external factors;the internal management system and operational mechanism are the root cause while the occupationalization and the commercialization are direct incentives.Professional characteristics and unsoundness of regulations do provide an opportunity for unfair play. Poor punishment and poor convergence relevant laws to reduce the cost of unfair play.Sportsmanship loss is an important factor.Unfair play,in essence,is the redistribution of interests between all the relevent parties.The overall idea against unfair play is to govern in a comprehensive way,to combine both punishment and prevention,and to focus on prevention.We should strrenthen moral education,accelerate the sports legal system construction,strengthen the supervision of the entire process of sports competitions to prevent the occurrence of unfair play from the source;Unfair play practices should be punished severely, educational convincing,the system binding and supervision of deterrence should be strentherned to eradicate the breeding soil and the survival conditions of unfair play.
