A 3*3mixed design which contains 50 high-leveled shooting athletes from a certain province team has been used in order to discuss the character of the HRV and EEG on the different extent of athletic mental fatigue. The subjects have been divided into three groups(seriously mental fatigue group, slightly mental fatigue group, none mental fatigue group) according to the results of ABQ test and Zhang Liancheng(2008)'s stander for evaluating athlete burnout, using mental arithmetic as the stressor, adopting the model of "baseline period-stress period-recovery period" to record the HRV and EEG signal with Self-generate Physiological Coherence System(SPCS) and Spirit BioTrace+ Biofeedback system. The result of repeated measurements suggests significant difference between some of the HRV linear analytic target(TP,SDNN,PNN50,VLF) of different athletic mental fatigue level while the EEG rhythm shows none. After the analysis and discussion we can draw the following conclusions:the analytic target is valuable in the classification of the athletic mental fatigue;the HRV power spectrum of athletes who suffered from serious mental fatigue showed comparatively more significant variability, and increase in lower frequency;the EEG of different mental-fatigue-leveled athletes shows none significant difference.
