"Discourse "is becoming a high-frequency word in today's philosophy,the humanities and social sciences because of its special meaning given by academia. Introducing Discourse Theory to the field of education which can be inject new vitality of research into the development of discipline,and can open up a new space.In this paper,the term "discourse" and "educational discourse," on the basis of analysis these two concepts,using Foucault's Discourse Theory and the perspective of Sociology of Knowledge,it attempts analysis the formation of educational discourse in china.And take "Quality-oriented Education "Discourse as an example,the analysis of this discourse is how to generate a certain period of time and develop into the dominant discourse,trying to show in detail the power operating mechanism behind the discourse.Chapterâ… ,based on the analysis of the description and comprehension of "discourse" in two typical fields----linguistics and sociology,gives a definition of educational discourse.Chapterâ…¡,using Foucault's discourse theory and the perspective of sociology of knowledge,it analyzes the emergence and choice of educational discourse in china,and trying to discover the deep meaning of power operating mechanism and social control behind the educational discourse.Chapterâ…¢,taking "quality-oriented education" as an example,based on the analysis of the discourse is how to generate and develop into the popular discourse in the education sector and even a whole society,it focuses on the power relations in the process of legitimize of "quality -oriented education".
