| As an effective means to act, power is a social phenomenon for a long time. Power is given to certain posts, and its use can confirm the coordination of the various forces, in order to ensure and enhance the user's position in the organization.As a specific occupation, teachers are in the exercise of general power, also has specific power. Mainly because that the performance of teachers is a professional right, at the same time, it must contain the strong features, this is the protection for smoothing the educational activities. However, with the social development and the promotion of educational practice, the original power of teachers is faced with unprecedented challenges in the rapid development of the knowledge society of nowadays. This is an attempt to point the classroom for the study, from the status of teachers to start the exercise of the power, re-examining the power of teachers, exploring the development of current educational practice for teachers to exercise power by way of the new requirements, with a view to optimizing the relationship between teachers and students to guide teachers in teaching practice and enhance the effectiveness of education.In this paper, I choose the classroom for the study field, and the teachers' various activities as the scope of the study. Firstly, defining the power of teachers': the power of teachers is the aggregates of a professional power, social system and legal protection. On the basic of defining the characteristics and related fields of the authority, from the needs of the development of the era leads to transition with the teachers' power, and elaborating the realization of the path of transition of power in my own tone. The substance of the transformation of teachers' power is conscious evolution of its exercise. In the context of promoting democracy and curriculum reform, teachers need to have a sense of "decentralization", and respect, trust and understand their students. At the same time, decompress themselves; share the power with students in stead of engrossing by themselves; translate the power of teachers from the rigid bound to the soft power of assimilation. On this basis, realize the change from professional authority to leader in teaching. Here, should be emphasized that advocating decentralization of power, does not mean that power is not belonged to teachers, on the contrary, put forward higher requirements to teachers, that means teachers should grasp the "degree" of the balance in teaching practice. |
