The long hope of a nation lies in education and the basement of education is teachers. Recently, close attention has been paid to teachers' development in specialty by scholars in education. Meanwhile, teachers' degree of educational theory is the basement of their professional development . It's an important criterion whether a teacher has a high degree of educational theory. Higher educational theory enables teachers to reflect upon his work of education and teaching and to explore new ideas and methods; to accept new educational theory, understand and take part in educational innovation; to improve teachers' ability of research and make constant progress. Present studies mostly pay attention to what vocational traits a teacher should have but few explore the regulation how a teacher forms his educational theoretical attainment. Based on such thinking, the paper takes study on teachers' educational theoretical attainment, find reasons in teachers' behavior to call teachers' thought and offer reference to teachers' development in specialty.Adopting the method of narrative, the paper invites a psychological teacher in a senior middle school as the object of the research, takes the researcher herself as the tool of study, make long-period observation to the partner's work and life, step deep into her heart and understand her action, show readers her educational theoretical attainment by the author's interpretation. The paper doesn't mean to construct a large theory system but only try to get real understanding of the partner ,bring it to light how teachers' educational theoretical attainment is formed and hope readers can get something from my analysis and interpretation.The paper tells a series of stories of individual growth, educating and teaching, class conducting, work environment, show the real situation in which the partner's educational theoretical attainment comes into being, grasp the developing trail of teachers' educational theoretical attainment in the whole individual life history, understand and reflect the present state, reason and possibility to better teachers' educational theoretical attainment.Through the study, the author find teachers' educational theoretical attainment has plentiful contents .The paper chooses six aspects to analyze: education idea, opinion of teachers, opinion of students, opinion of teachers' study, conflicts between education and psychology, effects of educational theory. Following the trail of the formation of teachers' educational theoretical attainment, the author finds it is not fixed but developing with new study and work. Upon the research above, the paper gives some advice about how to improve a teacher's educational theoretical attainment: teaching contents should be scientific and systematical, teaching attitude and methods should be more professional, professional knowledge and technique should be strengthened, the ability of adjusting to environment should be improved.
