Study On Ideological And Political Education Particularity And Countermeasures Of College Students Majoring In Marine

Ideological and political education is one of the most important links in the course of training senior navigation talents.Now navigation departments in universities must show solicitude for ideological and political education particularity and countermeasures of university students,majoring in navigation while emphasis on skills education and raise the level of ideological and political.In navigation study on universities ideological and political education has important theoretical and practical significance.The study can train qualified navigation talents and promote sustainable development of the maritime industry.Higher maritime education has its own characteristices same to the students in maritime universities.All these show that ideological and political education of navigation departments in universities have specificity.The article divided into three chapters.The first,chapter one discussed higher maritime education's characteristices, analysed constitution of the students origin,Ideological and psychology characteristices. The second,chapter two discussed the particularities of contents,vectors,enviroment and operating mechanisms.It was the main point that it must stress the patriotism, socialism and collectivism education and train the spirit of arduous struggle and dedicated,responsibility and strict organizational discipline and strengthen professional ethics concept education and quality education.The article dedicated the half-military management,coureses education and ship training had become the important vectors. At last the article pointed out the main problems in ideological and political education in maritime universities and advanced corresponding measures to improve.
