The Negative Effects And Countermeasures Of The Network Environment For The College Students' Morality

With the rapid development and wide application of the network,the contact between network and college students is getting closer and closer.Network is a "double-edged sword,"when it provides a great convenience for the students' study life, it also has serious negative effects upon the college students' morality.For example, the network not only let the college students weaken moral awareness,ruin the sense of moral responsibility,lose the moral behaviors,but also it could dispirit the college students' thoughts and ruin the political beliefs of the college students,it even may take some college students to the road of crime.A new phase in the new century,how to optimize the network environment,how to strengthen college students' ability of resisting and overcoming the negative impact in the network environment,how to reduce the negative impact from the network environment for the college students to the minimum extent,which is a theoretical and practical issue needed the vast number of theoretical workers and educators to explore hardly.This paper soughts to explore the theoretical and practical issue.The full text is divided into three parts:part 1:Meanings of the network environment and the contact with the college students.This part has an overview on defining the connotation of the network environment,revealing the network environment's virtuality,equality,interactivity,guidity,and the quality of beyound time and space;showing the closed contact between the college students and the network environment;emphasizing the college students are the most extensive groups of using network,internet life is an important part of the college students' study life.This part points out that the network environment is not only an important carrier of the college students'study,but also an important means to access to knowledges and informations for the college students.part 2:The negative effects and reasons of the network environment for the college students' morality.Firstly,this part has an overview on expounding the negative effects of the network environment for the college students' morality;pointing out the network environmen could dilute the college students' mainstream thinking,dispirit their thoughts,and shaken their political beliefs;network may make the college students' reduce their moral consciousness,lose their the sense of responsibility,and weaken their integrity.Secondly,in this part,the writer has analysed the negative effects and the main reasons of the network environment for the college students,in the writer's opinion,virtuality and hiddenity of the network environment enable the college students get rid of the restriction of ethics easily,ideological infiltration and the spread of values from the Western countries,the shortages of well-established legal and moral regulation of our network environment,the lack of scientific management and effective supervision for the school network environment,the poverty of againsting the negative effects of network environment education and guidance for ous schools,the students are short of the ability to resisting the negative impact and disciplining themselves,which are the main reasons of the network environment for our college students.part 3:The main countermeasures to overcoming the negative impacts of the network environment on the college students.In this part thewriter suggests we should have efforts on the following seven aspects to overcome the negative impact of the network environment on the college students' morality.The first is to raise important awareness of the network environment's negative effects.The second is to strengthen the moral construction of the network.The third is to intensify legal construction of the network.Fourth,the Government and relevant departments need to reinforce the management and monitoring to the network.Fifth,we should use the modern scientific methods to purify the network environment.Sixth,the schools should enhance the optimization and management to the network environment.At last,the college students must strengthen moral training of network and self-restraint.
