Education not only to achieve internal harmony,but also to achieve harmony with the surrounding environment.Institute of Education is not only to cognition,learning to do,but also learn to live together,that is,learn to live with others,and society,with its own,peaceful coexistence with nature.All of these goals should be the starting point for classroom teaching,which is the most basic forms of education is the most basic education in the ecosystem of the ecological factors.Therefore,the classroom teaching of harmony is the beginning of eco-education.And classroom teaching in order to achieve harmony on the need to fundamentally change the monitor classroom teaching. The use of ecological concepts to examine the monitoring of classroom teaching of our current situation,we found that there are still many non-ecological phenomenon,these phenomena lead us from a new perspective on monitoring classroom instruction Rethinking.Therefore,we must establish the concept of ecology,and further monitoring of the reform of classroom teaching,to create a natural,harmonious,open and innovative eco-classroom environment so that students are to cultivate the soul, personality to be unassuming,the wisdom of the flee flying,life vitality.The whole thesis consist of five parts:Part one,Introduction.Briefly described the origin of this study,analyzed and summarized research to explain the meaning and methods of research.Part two,Interpretation of the monitoring,classroom monitoring,ecology classroom teaching under the perspective of the meaning of monitoring.This article holds that the monitoring should not be a kind of control,and should be a regulation. Monitoring of classroom teaching is a classroom management system that is the subject of monitoring.Ecological significance of classroom teaching to research and monitoring to stress as the starting point for development of multi-monitor,is a new classroom management system.It is a breakthrough beyond the "teaching is a special kind of awareness activities," the traditional framework,the level from a new awareness of eco-classroom teaching,and give full play to the potential of students and teachers,and students continue to meet the development needs of individual management systems.Part three,analysis of the current status of classroom instruction and monitoring of existing problems:Monitoring of classroom teaching of the main problems is the traditional goal of teaching one-sided monitoring,bias,control and monitor the acts of the concept of a single,arbitrary.Long period of time,classroom teaching is the only objective of monitoring students have a high rate of success of this and further studies. Can only be seen in the classroom teachers to monitor students,teachers say,students do.No student control of classroom behavior,does not allow students to challenge teachers.Traditional classroom teaching is a closed monitoring,teaching content, teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching evaluation are the lack of openness and flexibility of the richness of life.Part four,the use of the concept of ecological monitoring of classroom teaching systems analysis,classroom instruction on the monitoring and control system structure, function and features.We hold that the classroom should be set to monitor the ecological awareness of education,from teachers,students,teaching constitute the three elements of monitoring equipment,with the protection,research,and development of sexual function.Characterized as follows:control-oriented,mainly hidden monitoring, regulation-based to more open-ended monitoring of the main dimensions.Part five,Analysis of the previous paper based on the concept of ecology-based monitoring of classroom teaching guide,put forward the concept of ecological monitoring of classroom teaching strategies:to establish a people-oriented monitoring of classroom teaching philosophy;to create a harmonious atmosphere of the classroom interaction;Guided by ecological theory,the implementation of ecological monitoring; teachers and students to enhance the capacity of the monitoring.
