Research On The Present Situation Of Life-saving Management And The Management System Of Bathing Beaches In Xiamen

Literature review,interview and questionnaires,mathematical statistics, logic,comparison and systematic analysis are applied to investigate the present situation of life-saving management and the management system of bathing beaches in Xiamen,including the conditions of the beaches,the equipment for life-saving,the data of drowning accidents and the lifesaver management.Using systematic theories,this paper analyses the features,functions and essential factors and business operation regularities of the bathing beaches.Based on questionnaires and interview with domestic surf life-savers and experts,the paper also reveals the main problems in the live-saving management of bathing beaches in Xiamen.Meanwhile,measures and specific requirements for the standardized live-saving management of bathing beaches have been provided. Finally,through comparison of the system for training surf life-savers at home and abroad,this paper points out the shortcomings in the training system in Xiamen,so as to provide countermeasures for the better development of life-saving management in Xiamen.
