| With the reform of the tuition-charging systems of higher education in China,the education cost and its cost-sharing have been turned into one of the issues that draw most attention of decision-making levels,the policy-makers of education and the educatees.The paper takes the analysis of demonstration and growth about the investment on the farmers' kids in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as a start point, Comparing among different regions and intemations,this paper presents the basic directions of changes about Secondery -Votech education investment on the farmers' kids in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,that is taking different kinds of educational agency as mian carriers,taking the goverments'active action as an insurance,placing extra emphasis on educational investment from absorbing and encouraging social orginaztions and farmers themselves to do it,which makes the cost of Secondery-Votech education diverserfication on farmers' kids.This paper has also analized a series of relevant issues on the Secondery-Votech eaducational background of farmers'kids,which including connotaion of education cost;the definition of concept about education cost-sharing systems.It puts emphasis on discoursing the muticomponent model of subject heterogeneityabout Secondery-Votech education on farmers'kids in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,which is taken a choice revolution about Secondery-Votech education investimentin Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.Using the methods of Survey and so on,detailedly analyzing the direct and indirect cost and income from farmers'families and society,so as to find the best points of equilibrium and yeild rates of Secondery-Votech education investment on farmers' kids,so we can offer the refference for government's formulating the investment policies and plans,correctly assigning the stae revenue.At the same time,we can also offer the proposals that farmers can give possible arrangement on their income and correct education investment. |
