Research On Personality Characteristic Of Uygur's Youth Man Soccer Athletes In Xinjiang Autonomous Region

From the view of sports psychology, compared with the norm and our outstanding young male soccer players, we throug analysis have studied the personal characteristics of 255 uygur's young male soccer players from XinJiang.We concluded that:The uygur's young male soccor players from XinJiang has the root personality: high F (Excitatory: easily excited), H (Bravity: dare to take the risk), I(Sensitivity: emotional), O(Concerns: Depression trouble), Q4(Tension: tension distress) and the low B (Intelligence: knowledge junior), L (Suspected: trust and easy going), Q1(Experimental: traditional and conservative), Q2(Independence: depending on others). From above illustrate that young male soccer players from XinJiang have the following typical personality characteristics: the bad achievement of required coures,lack of scientific and cultural knowledge.Instable emotion, immature,and easily- excited, conservative thinking, lack of the spirit of exploring innovative, weak in dependence, preferring to depend on others, but looser requirement to themselves.In others parts the level are in the middle.Compared with our outstanding , uygur's young men soccer players from XinJiang and soccer players have the personality above ,the level are all below our outstanding,except them above I(sensitivity), L(suspected), and M(fantasy), O(concerns), and Q4(tension) scores higher than China's outstanding man football players, the other factors are lower than in China elite male soccer players, G(losing), and H(dare sex), L(suspected of) there was no significant difference, A(motto of)has significant difference, others have a very significant difference.In different locations of uygur's young man soccer players,they have location-diffences in element A(motto), and M(fantasy). The differences in element A(motto)exist in avant-garde and garde. The location differences infactor M (fantasy) exist in avant-garde and the goalkeeper.And through different athletesis of different location A(motto) and M(fantasy), we can see that:the higher score of A(motto)of gooding atliving well with others and willing to Cooperation, with others,stronger adaptability.The socre of Avant-garde are in the intermediate level,impllicate a more pragmatic, and act in line with rules,but the score of goalkeeper is higher, compared with the avant-garde goalkeeper reflect obvious fantasy,and uninhibited.Sub- Personality (surface features), the uygur's young man soccer players from XinJiang are high-X1(anxiety), high-X2(extraversion). They are full of enthusiastic, cheerful, good at communication, unrestricted, energetic and full of dedication, but some things will always be difficulties, which caused emotional anxiety, frustration.From the integrated analysis of the characterition of 255 uygur's young man soccer players from XinJiang,we can concluded the score of most members of the four personality are in the level scope.
