In the risk decision-making,Tversky and Kahneman ask for the"Asia disease problem"to display people:The different describing ways can cause the decision makers to have the different risk prefernces to the same problem. This kind of phenomenon were called framing effect. An S-shape value function and a nonlinear weighting function were employed by propect theory to explain and predict the framing effect. In the recent research of framing effect, risk decision making's background is single, and the research pays little attention to the probility levels of decision-maiking problems. Besides, for the special period of the callan, doing research on their framing effect has large significance both in theory and reality. The research takes the graduates of Jiangnxi Normal University and the senior and junior students of Yudu Campus School as the testees and takes joining in entertainment as background to design decision-making problems. It checks the effect on the different testees in the framing effect of risky decision made by the scene of problems'profit and loss and risky option. Besides, the research classifys the testees by their sexual and decision-making ability, and it checks the differences in effect framing of risky decision among different sexual and different decision-making testee. The result shows that , as a whole, the graduates have more effect framing than the senior and junior students. In the scene of problems'profit, testees behave better in high and middling posibility levels, while in the scene of problems'loss, they behave better in low posibility level. In the next place, the junior testees are remarkable in the effect framing of midding level. And in the scene of problems'profit, the direction of framing effect is opposite. Last, the graduates are remarkable in the framing effect of the scene of benefit. Female graduates have more remarkable framing effect than male, and they are more sensitive to the different framing effect of risky option than male. No matter what the scene is , the scene of loss or the scene of profit, the graduates have the same direction of framing effect.
