Study On Ways To Strengthen The Building Of An Employment Guiding Team Of College Assistants In Institutions

With the popularization of high education, employment guiding work becomes increasing important in institutions and concerned by many parties. However, there is still a gap between the students' need and the guiding work, especially the building of a professional team fall short of the need of employment of college students. What is more, the building of a team of college assistants, which is a potential team, does not receive due attention,1. Study of importance and current problem existing in the employment guiding work in institutions and forward an idea that a professional team should be built up.2. Study of need of participation of college assistants and its unique role and superiority and forward that the situation of building of such a team should be improved.3. Study of the required qualifications of the employment guiding work staff, that and the unfavorable factors influencing the work of college assistant, forwarding that the problem lying in the work done by college assistants should be solved through reform and training by which their skill can be improved, thus to bring the potential of this team into full play and to let institutions do the work better.This paper points out that the building of a team of college assistants in employment guiding work should be stressed in the reform of employment system and it can be done by strengthening the building at the idea layer, the system layer and collocating layer, thus to make college assistants be an important and professional employment work guiding team and to improve the effectiveness of the work for employment guidance in institutions.
