The Research Way Is About The Three Teaching Activities That Can Help The Teachers To Develop Their Teaching Practical Abilities

During the educational reform (especially the course reform), we need a large number of the professional teachers. On the basis of wide investigation and study, I think the teaching practical ability is the key element of the teachers' professional abilities and I also make clear the structural elements of the teaching practical abilities for the teachers of the primary school and the middle school. According to the thought "the teachers' professional development can only be acquired and continued during the real educational environment" and my experience on "the three teaching activities (that is explaining the lesson,giving the lesson,evaluating the lesson)", I find out the relationship between "the three teaching activities" and the teachers' professional development. By using the methods of the cases' analysis and the lessons' explanation, I want to illustrate that "the three teaching activities" can help the teachers to develop their teaching practical abilities, and it' s also a very effective measure to raise the professional level of all the teachers.
