Constructivism, which has an important influence on the current education reform, is a theory necessary to understand in the new curriculums of physical education. On the other hand the application of new technologies to curriculums is also an inevitable trend for the development of modern education. Based on these considerations we construct a "class forum" by designing a website and apply it to practice under the guidance of the constructivism. The so-called "class forum" is a way to combine network technologies with classroom activities. Based on both the studies of the relevant literature and the experiences in teaching, we discussed how to apply class forums to physical education in high schools both theoretically and in practice. We try to prove the feasibility and superiority of "class forum" in terms of the interaction between teacher and students and accordingly give some advices about how to use the "class forum" better. The results of our teaching experiments show that this teaching model gained acceptance of the students, the subject teachers and the information technology teachers as well. Detailed teaching plans are presented in the thesis to specify our teaching experiments and the source codes for the design of the class forum by using ASP computer language is offered in the Appendix.
