The values is the core of the personality, the critical part of human's attitude, and the important construct of personal mental world. Therefore , the values has an very important influence to the individual acts of interpretation, forecasting and guiding. Colleges and universities is to train leaders of socialist construction only an important place, higher education is to cultivate both ability and political integrity for the community talents; The students are in the values formation and perfection of an important period, the value judgement and the ability of screening has not yet fully mature. Therefore, the students carried out correctly, and actively, health education and guidance on the values of very important significance.
