At the present, the leader team of school is facing the chance and ambition which we have never met. How to be a good leader and lead the school to develop rapidly and steady is the problem that the leading bodies of schools should think over. But as educational conductor, how to be a controller, and to make leading bodies of schools with high level is the key to keep the education develop.The yearly assessment of the leaders in school is to evaluate completely the achievement of the school leaders in a year. The result of the assessment is the main base to prize or criticize, to improve the work and to train. The yearly assessment of the leaders affect on many fields. It is very sensitive. It has great attention. It is an important guide to the educational administration department and the leader teams.In this article, the writer analyzes the assessment result of one district in 2006 and 2007 from many aspects. The writer deeply thinks the puzzle of the yearly assessment guide at the present according to deeply analyze the function of the results. The writer also analyzes the core statement of the six deeply exerts. They are as the following. Exerting the lead function is to guide the leaders to change their poles. Exerting the function of being together is to guide the pursue of the belief. Exerting the function of encouragement is to make a direction. Exerting the function of promotion is to help the development of the leaders team. Exerting the function of the limit is to rule the behavior of the leaders. Exerting the function of education is to promote the training.
