Investigation And Research On Choosing Profession Motive Of The University Students In Changchun Under The Economic Crisis

With the spread of the U.S. financial crisis, college students are facing a problem in employment situation, which is becoming more and more serious. It is necessary to take effective measures to solve it. Choosing professional motive as a individual career choice which should point to a certain target, and maintain the momentum of this act. Now more and more researchers pay more attention to it. College Students Based on the choosing professional motive of the analysis, from the perspective of understanding the motives of the college careers of a number of psychological conditions, and to improve the mental health of college students on choosing their jobs, to improve the plight of university student employment, which provides a theoretical and empirical basis.But so far, research in this area both at home and abroad little. In this study, through a questionnaire survey of University students in Changchun, we can know the current status of choosing professional motive, the way the use of random sampling at three universities in Changchun, select subjects. There are 280 students received the survey. Reclamation questionnaire 269, the returns-ratio is 96%; And the effective questionnaire is 264, effectiveness is 98.1%. Among them,122 are boys,142 are girls ; arts 146 people, 118 people in science ; 162 urban students, 102 students in rural areas; 153 graduate students, , 111 non-graduate students. Through social sciences statistics software SPSS 12.0 for Windows, utilizes the multi-factor variance analysis, the correlation analysis, the multiple regression analysis, draws the following.The overall purpose of this study is divided into two parts: theoretical synthesis and statistical analysis part of some. Summary of some of the major theoretical analysis of the concept of choosing professional motive, classification and more mature theory at home and abroad. In the statistical analysis of the social sciences through the statistical software SPSS 15.0 for Windows, the use of independent samples T test analysis the following conclusions:First, Changchun city students have a higher level of choosing professional motive. Second, the girls have stronger choosing professional motive than boys, and the difference between the two did not reach statistically significant level. But looking forward to working with professional planning and causal factors of these two dimensions between boys and girls, there are significant differences, that is, more girls value the development of future career prospects and do not pay attention to the impact of policies; Third, science and engineering students have better choosing professional motive than liberal arts students, and they have Significant difference in occupational,Self-evaluation and vocational evaluation ,that is, liberal arts students are interested in relation to choice of occupation more than interested in starting from and to the expectations of higher vocational evaluation; Fourth, city students have stonger choosing professional motive than rural areas students ,there was a difference in the careers of motivated and self-evaluation on this dimension,and college students from the cities have more self-confidence about the ability of running a business by themselves; Fifth, the fresh graduates have more choosing professional motive than the non-motivated graduates, but they do not exist significant differences.This study is the most innovative research, which aimed at special groups of the university students. First of all ,domestic and foreign scholars are more motivated to vocational studies, and the study of choosing professional motive has very little research results; followed by the existing research on choosing professional motive, the more is done on medical students and some people who have jobs. The study is social focus, in addition to, it play a important role in choosing career.
