Investigation To The Present Situation Of Home Visiting

Once home visiting is an important way for teachers to communicate with parents of students and it is very useful. With the development of technical communication, the fee of telephone becomes cheaper and cheaper, in the meantime, lots of people communicate with each other via E-mail, in this situation, some people think that home visiting is not important and can be replaced. Based on current situation, the author explained the importance and the need of home visting .The author knew the attitude and realization of the teachers and parents , understood the difficulty and the problem via investigation .The research reveals there are some problems on home visiting as below:First, the rules and regulations are not complete so that it can not encourage the teachers to embark on home visiting effectually.Second, the teachers do not realize the further importance of home visiting , just few teachers have embarked on home visiting.Third, the society doesn't pay much attention to home visiting so that few teachers would like to embark home visiting.The reasons lead to these problems are that the teachers and parents of the students do not realize the importance of home visiting and there are some difficulty the teachers meet during the process of home visiting could not be solved.In the meantime the author asked the advice from the teachers and parents, according to their advice and situation, the author suggested the teachers how to embark on home visiting and the school how to encourage the teachers so that home visiting can be carried out smoothly.
